12 Tips to Strengthen Your Aura

2. Eat Fruits and Vegetables Daily

We are what we eat and every food has an energy source. Fresh fruits and vegetables have a life force that every one of our cells crave. Eat as much as you like but make sure to understand the dirty dozen and clean fifteen.

3. Set Some Boundaries

Setting boundaries sets the foundation of how you would like to be treated. This makes room for healthy relationships and protects you from negativity. Watch your life bloom as you practice boundaries and find your true voice.

4. Limit Alcohol

Carving out time for fun is so important as we age. We get so caught up in our everyday lives we forget to play with our inner child. Make time to play, enjoy, laugh, and live in the moment.

11. Avoid Toxic People

Toxic people pull from your energy and drain you. These people can even be in your family. This is why practicing boundaries is an important part of self-care. First you have to take the time to check-in and feel the energy of those surrounding you. How do they make you feel after spending time together?

12. Move Your Body

Movement is so important to cycle through our stagnant chi (energy) in the body. Find power in the mobility, flexibility, and strength of your beautiful sacred body.
