If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are simple. Just email us at info@beachcandyswimwear.com within 14 days of delivery to begin the process. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to helping you find the BeachCandy that’s just right for you.
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. For orders over $200 within the USA, BeachCandy will provide a complimentary prepaid return label upon request. We are dedicated to delivering not only the highest quality swimwear but also an exceptional purchasing experience.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging or box. Once your return is approved, a prepaid domestic shipping label will be sent to you. After we receive and inspect your return, typically within 72 hours of delivery, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Our Signature Swarovski Crystal Candy is hand-beaded and hand-sewn with care at our Southern California headquarters. All BeachCandy Signature Beading comes with a limited lifetime guarantee.
To initiate a repair, the swimsuit must be sent in for evaluation. Once received, our team will inspect the item and confirm whether the repair is covered under our guarantee. We will then inform you of the next steps and estimated repair timeline. Due to the artisan nature of our products, we are unable to evaluate repairs based solely on images.
