At BeachCandy we are honored to have a collection of breast cancer & mastectomy swimwear by and for breast cancer survivors to make them feel confident and sexy. These breast cancer & mastectomy swimsuits symbolize strength for all they have conquered. The Stronger Together collection was designed by breast cancer warriors. With the goal to design the perfect swimsuit to show triumph over adversity. 

Once women are diagnosed with breast cancer, their body image, self-esteem, and identity are strongly challenged. BeachCandy is ecstatic to be a part of making this transformation period smoother in these women’s lives. We have collaborated with 12 amazing breast cancer survivors to create this capsule collection for all breast cancer warriors . 

The goal of this collection is to help boost their confidence, feel better and re-engage with a good lifestyle. The designs flatter their body and appearance in a very natural, elegant and comfortable way. In addition to the beautiful designs, we are committed to supporting and partnering with Susan G. Komen OC to help breast cancer awareness and research.

This capsule collection highlights the beauty of each breast cancer survivor.

Stronger Together Breast Cancer Bikini

When it came to designing the collection, we sat in a room with 12 local Orange County Breast Cancer Survivors. We asked them to bring their favorite old swimsuits to share with us. 

They discussed their likes & dislikes about the suits, ultimately leading into the conversation of what they truly wanted and needed their swimwear to do for them. The very first piece that had an unanimous vote was our #StrongerTogether Breast Cancer Bikini Top. 

Not only is this top the ultimate choice for comfort, but its functionality far outweighs any bikini top on the market today. There is a pocket on either side of the soft foam cups for optional enhancement in either or both sides. This pocket gives women the option to design their cleavage however they prefer. The plunging neckline accentuates their beautiful symmetrical bust line.

Physical recovery is only part of the equation when it comes to recovering from breast cancer surgery. The selection of swimwear for breast cancer survivors does not need to be overly difficult. Women can find options that are both stylish and comfortable. The corset x-back provides adjustable straps without neck pain.

The Stronger Together Breast Cancer bikini comes complete with a separate pad pack and engineered pockets. Insert within the thin foam liner cup for an additional padded boost for personalized symmetry. Last but certainly not least, our incredible One Piece Mastectomy Swimwear for the sleek full body coverage look. Just like the bikini top, the soft foam cups have a pocket liner for pad insertion. 

Either style, the bikini top or one piece swimsuit comes with a pad pack for optional adjustment & symmetry. This was a common need we heard from our local breast cancer survivors.
