Watermelon is not only one of the tastiest fruits out there but also one of the healthiest. There are many benefits that eating or drinking watermelon can provide. It has nutrients like vitamins A and C, lycopene, and citrulline. It’s also very hydrating and not harmful to your health in any way.
Watermelon is known to be extremely hydrating and can help improve your skin. It is also known to aid in improving blood pressure and has anti-inflammatory properties. In general, watermelon is good for you, especially if you have dry skin.

2. Mango
Mangoes are another tasty fruit that have various benefits. Mangoes have vitamins A, C, and E in them which are all amazing for the skin. They’re also known to be high in fiber, which is good because this can help prevent colon cancer. Adding mangoes to your grocery list is a must for a healthy and glowy summer.

Oranges are an amazing example of fruit that is versatile. Obviously, you can eat it as it is, but also convert it into a juice.

We state variety because there are so many berries that have amazing health benefits. There are strawberries, blueberries, black berries, goji berries, and so many more. All of these are great snacks that are yummy and even known to help prevent heart disease.
Berries have vitamins like A and C. Strawberries have ellagic acid and salicylic acid. These natural acids in the fruit are amazing for a person's skin. And what makes it better is that because it's being consumed, it’s healing you from the inside to the outside.

Avocados are amazingly tasty and very healthy. Lots of times avocados are used as a healthy thing to eat when you’re dieting. They’re anti-inflammatory and help combat free radicals. They also help prevent skin damage.
Avocados are amazing because it's known that having some can help reduce oxidative stress. They are seasonal so it’s not the easiest to come across some tasty ones year round. Take advantage of the summertime to eat as many avocados as you can.

Eating papaya is a must if you desire flawless and glowy skin. Papaya is mostly known for improving the digestive system. It’s also rich in vitamins like A, C, and E, which help in boosting collagen production.
It also contains the enzyme papain, which helps dissolve and remove dead skin cells. Eat papaya cautiously though. It helps clean the digestive system, so drink water or eat watermelon when having it.

All of these are what fruits make your skin glow, your taste buds happy, and even help prevent premature aging. These are some of the best fruits that you can get during the summer. Most of them contain omega-3 fatty acids and provide amazing benefits. They are essential during the summer.
