Almost every food on the grocery store shelves has been highly processed for the masses with inflammatory oils, cheap fillers and gums, chemical flavorings, harmful dyes, and the list goes on. When your body begins to try and digest these non-food particles, it does not know what to do with them and it basically causes inflammation and mayhem with your cells. Therefore, this natural anti-inflammatory flush is meant to give your body a rest and begin to chip away at the inflammation build-up.
So first what you will need is a trip to your local organic grocery store. Shop this list and more… any/all the organic fruits and vegetables that look delicious to you.

- Squash
- Celery
- 3-5 kinds of lettuce / leafy greens,
- Lemons

- Fennel
- Sweet Potato
- Leeks
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Parsley
- Cilantro
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Frozen spinach
- Mangos
- Pineapple
- Baking soda (to clean any preservative sprays/waxes off fruits and veggies)
- Organic herbs and spices to cook with (e.g., Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, thyme, sage, dill, basil, turmeric, herbs de Provence, etc.)
- Frozen cauliflower rice
The items below you can buy at the store -- or on Amazon & when you love your results, you have the option to automate with a subscription if you want to stick with the anti-inflammatory life:
Hemp seeds (pure omega-3 fatty acids)
Soy-free coconut liquid aminos
Once you have wrangled all these groceries into your home it is important to keep the produce unwashed (wash upon using) so they stay fresh in the refrigerator. Soak all fruits and veggies in water + baking soda bath for 20 minutes to remove all chemical sprays and waxes to maintain their in-store shelf life.
If you notice, these 7 days will be strictly plant-based so put your red meat, poultry, and fish in the freezer. America’s mass produced meats and especially processed meats like lunch meat, hot dogs, and bacon are linked to inflammation, heart disease, and cancer. There is NO set meal structure to this flush except this — your first drink of the day should be warm lemon water, followed by your first meal of the day—a bowl of fresh organic fruit.
But the most important aspect is to stick to ONLY these foods, lots of filtered clean water (our tap water is riddled with arsenic and beyond... another topic for another day), fruit for breakfast and no eating past 8 pm.

The following foods DO NOT have anti-inflammatory properties… ALL DAIRY AND GRAINS (this includes quinoa, brown rice, and gluten-free oats), soy, alcohol, caffeine, processed foods / fast food, and refined sugars.
When was the last time you gave your body a break from these highly inflammatory foods?
And then we wonder why we are unable to shed pounds. Inflammation builds up like plaque in your body and slows weight loss when you continue to eat foods that add to the fire, but when you stop… it's like draining a bathtub. Just watch the weight flush off your bones and body. It is very possible you could lose up to 10 lbs. during this 7 day flush.
