WHERE CAN I BUY BEACHCANDY PRODUCTS?

Our website carries the largest selection of BeachCandy Swimwear, as we are able to host pieces from various collections, as well as exclusive and limited edition suits. Our flagship showroom has appointment only hours, and is located at 3176 Pullman Street, Suite 118 Costa Mesa, CA 92626. HOW DO I RECEIVE SPECIAL OFFERS FROM BEACHCANDY?

The best way to stay in the know with BeachCandy promotions and offers, is to sign up for our email list. We try to only send out emails to our clients when we are hosting a party or running a promo, and we promise not to overfill your inbox with anything but sparkles and sales! Also be sure to follow us on social media to be included in any giveaways or surprise events.

WHEN DO BEACHCANDY SALES OCCUR?

We run our largest sale annually, at the end of California summer, but we run flash sales for most holidays, and we never miss National Donut Day with some freebies and contests!

I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

At checkout there is a space to provide any promo code you may have. Most of our promotions have specific stipulations, so make sure you read the fine print! Our third party retailers may choose to run specific sales of their own creation, and they generally do not honor our BeachCandy promo codes or gift cards. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, and can make PayPal arrangements by request through sales@beachcandyswimwear.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the package being received. All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners must be in place on all bottoms. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited to the original method of payment (unless otherwise stated on the return form). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All merchandise returned to BeachCandy is thoroughly inspected. All suits considered soiled, worn or damaged will be shipped back to you, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise. You will be charged to cover the shipping fees of any soiled, worn, or damaged suit(s) that is sent back to you.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SUIT?

It is very important to us that you love your merchandise. If you have any issues, need a different size, or would like to simply return an item, please reach out to us at sales@beachcandyswimwear.com and we will be in touch with instructions regarding your specific needs immediately. *It should be noted that custom orders are non-refundable.

I NEED TO EXCHANGE SIZES/STYLES, BUT AM IN A HURRY. IS THERE A WAY TO EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS?

DOES BEACHCANDY COVER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING?

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us via standard USPS Mail/Priority Mail. BeachCandy will not be held responsible for lost packages in transit to our warehouse – a tracking number is always encouraged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return/exchange package is received at the BeachCandy Return Center, the products must be inspected. Once all products are inspected and everything is in good condition, your return will be processed. We request that you allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear in your bank account.

CAN I BUY JUST THE TOP OR BOTTOM OF A BIKINI?

Of course! Every BeachCandy piece is sold separately so that you can choose your own perfect combination, or buy individual pieces. 

I see a suit i like online, but i want it in a different color. is that possible?

Of course! We are happy to make any suit in any color you’d like, depending on fabric availability. This includes an additional charge, to be determined at the time of purchase.

I’m unsure about placing a custom order. What if it doesn’t fit right?

We don’t consider our job complete until you are 100% satisfied and love your swimsuit! The BeachCandy process for creating custom swimsuits is truly like no one else in the world. We design each custom suit with it’s own personalized pattern to fit your exact measurements and we keep all patterns on file for future reference. This is why our custom suits are like nothing you’ve ever experienced!

What is the signature swarovski “Candy”?

Our Swarovski Crystal “Candy” beading is a signature design element that truly transform our swimsuits to the height of sophistication. These hand-beaded touches are carefully placed onto each suit to highlight the body’s curves and edges, and elevate our perfectly fit swimwear even further. We guarantee that all of the hand bead work done on-site at BeachCandy will never chip, break, or fade. Our clients of all ages, shapes, and sizes love the signature “Swarovski Candy” for it adds an element of high-fashion and allure to our top quality swimwear.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

To check the status of any order, please email us at sales@beachcandyswimwear.com with your name and order information. 

I AM IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you would like to pick up your order in person, or have any other special requests for trying it on, please email us at sales@beachcandyswimwear.com so that we can make arrangements to have you in. You can also call 855-519-9509 24/7. 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Orders received by 1:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 1:00PM, shipment occurs the following business day for in-stock items. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, the item(s) will be backordered and shipped as soon as they become available. All backorders are shipped standard.

DOES BEACHCANDY REQUIRE SIGNATURES ON PACKAGE DELIVERIES?

No, we do not require signatures.

DOES BEACHCANDY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

I AM SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

Shipping outside the U.S.: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country BeachCandy ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

I TRIED TO TRACK MY PACKAGE, BUT I AM GETTING A “NOT FOUND” NOTIFICATION. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed up and is waiting to be picked up from our shipping dock. If you try to track your package before the shipper has come to pick up your package, you will be unable to track your order. Once the shipper picks up your package, they scan them and the tracking number is then active. If you get this error message, please try back at the end of the day – the tracking number should work by then. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE DESPITE BEING NOTIFIED THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once your order leaves our shipping dock, it is in the shipper’s possession and is no longer our responsibility. In a rare occurrence that the package has not been delivered within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of arrival, BeachCandy can contact the shipper and try to locate the package. Please contact info@beachcandyswimwear.com or 855-519-9509 to notify us of your missing package. If we are unable to locate your missing package, we will file a claim with the shipping company.

WHAT ARE BEACHCANDY SUITS MADE OF?

All BeachCandy swimsuits are made with a nylon lycra fabric blend. We only use the highest quality Italian swimwear fabrics to ensure that our suits will be long-lasting in color and fit. For further instructions for longevity of your BeachCandy swimsuit, please visit our Care Instructions page. 

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS TO CARE FOR MY BEACHCANDY PRODUCTS?

Rinse your swimsuit with a capful of swimwear cleanser after each use and only in cool water. Hang it to dry naturally in a shady cool place. Do not wring, wrap in a towel, or put in a plastic bag when wet. Never put your BeachCandy in a washing machine, dryer, or spot clean with harsh chemicals. Be wary of hot tubs and swimming pools. Chlorine, rough surfaces, and/or heat can shorten the life of your swimsuit fabric and candy. Exposure to these conditions can ruin your suit and is not considered a manufacturers defect. Most Importantly, enjoy your new piece of BeachCandy!
