Never Refrigerate

Do not refrigerate your copper bottle. Store it at room temperature to allow the water to properly infuse overnight without disrupting the natural copper-water interaction.

The Daily Ritual

Drink the stored water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Twice a day is enough to meet your trace mineral needs—more is not better.

Routine Cleaning

Add 1/4 cup organic white vinegar and 1 tablespoon coarse salt. Shake vigorously. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. Repeat as needed to keep your bottle effective.
