Beauty Smoothie Recipes
Energizing Greens & Fruit Smoothie:
1. 1 cup coconut water
2. 1 cup coconut milk
3. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
4. 1 cup organic spinach leaves
5. 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
6. 2 scoops Marine Collagen
7. 1 cup frozen strawberries
8. 2-3 drops Stevia
9. 1 cup of ice
Coconut Water – packed with nutrients like potassium, electrolytes, and omega 3 to surely you that perfect glow. Make sure you get pure coconut water with no added sugars.
